June 13 marks the day that many of us have all been waiting for, the official opening day of the Downtown Farmers Market. Before we all grab our reusable bags and push our way through the crowds of people looking to get their delicious, dirt-dusted veggies, a kick-off fundraiser must take place. If you were not fortunate enough to hear about it or get tickets to this event, mark your calendar for next year as this is truly one of Salt Lake’s finest.
