Hunter Weston

Hunter Weston joined SLUG in November of 2022 as Events Assistant and has quickly become a driving force in shaping the vision of SLUG events, including events such as SLUG’s Anniversary Party and Localized. Weston gets excited about creating spaces for others to enjoy, and this love for socializing makes her thoroughly fit for the Events Assistant role’s demands for a natural interest in fostering relationships between Utahns and the SLUG brand. She loves talking to people and floating around events to observe all the moments people share, taking care to notice what aspects of an event create engagement. Seeing people enjoy themselves makes all the hard work worth it; as a result, Weston has become more confident in pitching concepts and expressing her perspective. She has new insight into how to make an idea reality, and for that she’s grateful.
